NOL expects that all Coaches will:

-  Be a positive role model and will provide a positive experience for the players and parents. 

-  Treat all players, parents, spectators, umpires and league officials with respect.

-  Use positive language and positive reinforcement with all players; no profanity, foul language or negative feedback will be tolerated.

-  Display and teach players the principles of good sportsmanship, respect and team play whether the team is winning or losing.

-  Follow and play within the rules of the game, set by Little League and NOL.

-  Be drug and alcohol free while at any Little League event.

-  Provide organized practices that will develop individual and team skills, and will make full effort to provide practices that are both fun and challenging for ALL players. 

-  Teach the game of baseball/softball to the best of their ability, and will continually work to improve their own understanding of the skills of the game, including how to teach those skills.
